I am a 78 year-old grandma. I have been a school teacher, a secretary, a medical transcriptionist, and a legal secretary but the career I enjoy most is where I am now, an old lady advocating for saving the climate for my descendants.

I grew up on a farm in the Midwest in the 1950s. I have always liked growing things from farm crops and animals to house plants and garden foods. I enjoy living a homesteaders life in my small home on a small lot in a Midwestern small town.

I intend to share my lifestyle and homesteading adventures, some that I will do and some that I would do if I was younger.
